Today Myntra stands as one of India’s leading online fashion and lifestyle platforms, renowned for its wide range of products, trendsetting styles, and seamless shopping experience. With a growing audience of tech-savvy, fashion-forward Gen Z and millennials, Myntra continues to innovate and stay ahead in a competitive e-commerce landscape.  However, we noticed that Myntra faced a challenge: How do we make online shopping feel more connected, intuitive, and exciting, especially for younger audiences who crave instant gratification? The solution: crafting an AI-powered virtual stylist. Our design process began with understanding the core needs of Myntra’s diverse user base. We focused on creating an experience that would resonate with both Gen Z’s love for quick, interactive content and millennials’ need for personalization and convenience.

Introducing Venie

Venie isn’t just a chatbot—she’s an engaging, virtual shopping companion. As Myntra’s personal stylist, Venie’s role is to guide users through their shopping experience with conversational AI, offering insights, suggestions, and tips in a fun, approachable way.

Our design approach was focused on making the interaction feel human. We wanted users to feel like they were having a one-on-one conversation with a stylist who truly understood their preferences. To achieve this, we prioritized a clean, intuitive interface and visually engaging content, combining AI technology with design to create a fluid and delightful user journey.

Conversational Design

We crafted interactions that were responsive and insightful—ensuring each message, suggestion, or recommendation felt relevant and engaging. We designed short, visually rich videos to convey product details, such as colors, materials, and styling tips, making the experience interactive and informative without overwhelming users with text-heavy descriptions.

Real-Time Interaction & Personalized Recommendations

Venie offers instant, tailored responses to product inquiries, style advice, and personalized suggestions as users browse. By analyzing browsing history, style preferences, and trends, Venie curates outfit recommendations, alternative options, and complementary products in real time, ensuring a seamless and dynamic shopping experience. Her intuitive, clean interface makes these complex algorithms feel effortless, providing a fluid and engaging journey for users.

Short-Form Video Engagement: Quick, Fun, and Impactful

Venie redefines online shopping with TikTok-style videos that are both entertaining and informative. These bite-sized videos deliver key product highlights in seconds, transforming fashion discovery into an engaging and exciting experience. Designed to capture attention in today’s fast-paced digital landscape, they eliminate the need for endless scrolling or searching.

We focused on creating visually striking and seamlessly integrated content. By carefully crafting the pacing, aesthetics, and user interface, we ensured each video not only showcased Myntra’s products but also made the shopping journey dynamic, intuitive, and enjoyable.

When a four wheeler vehicle was invented to replace this transport using animals, people in that era had contrasting judgements – one where they were agasted with the ease, convenience and support the four wheelers could provide. This project attempted to identify the gaps in this food delivery app and propose UI/UX design ideas to expand Swiggy in different ways for the users to use it for more than just a food delivery app, in turn setting it apart from its competitors.
