What started as a simple responsive web exercise turned into a massive redesign project. It was challenging and rewarding to be part of the solution for usability needs of billions of Indians. With user research, we created personas. Deep-diving into the user needs and available stats, we redesigned the information architecture : essentially ensuring that users got access to the right information at the right time.
Accessibility and support for 13 languages was a big part of the project, and under our constant consideration. At the end, what we delivered simply, was:
1. Reduce time taken to access key information
2. Ensure existing information is brought up at the right time
3. Ensure smooth performance across all devices and for everyone
